By purchasing handmade products from Carly Ringenberg...

… you are acknowledging that each piece is unique and shows signs of being handmade.  Meaning no item is the exact same. Products will bear the same colors and other similarities; but may have slight variations in size, glaze application, and sculpture placement.

Care & Use
  • All items are food safe, unless otherwise specified.
  • Most items are dishwasher safe and microwave safe unless specified otherwise in the description.  Although hand washing is recommended.
  • Gold luster items can NOT be put into the microwave.

Shipping

  • Items will be shipped two to seven business days after you place an order.
  • I currently do not ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, contact me within two weeks of receiving the item and we will discuss your options.
  • Item(s) must be returned undamaged, unless damage occurred during shipping (please reference the section Damaged Items).
  • I do not offer exchanges due to amount of items in stock.
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs on returns.

Damaged Items

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date in order to receive a full refund.
  • If your order is delivered damaged:
  1. Immediately take a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging it arrived in, and its labels.
  2. Email the photos to cringenbergceramics@gmail.com
  3. Keep the damaged item, box, and packaging on hand for insurance purposes.

Custom Orders & Holds

  • At this time, custom orders are not available.
  • All items are first come, first serve; I will not place pieces on hold or, at this time, accept orders/purchases in advance.
